Jakarta, Alam Prathama Sejahtera – August 17th is an important day for the people of Indonesia, the day when Ir. Soekarno, the First President of the Republic of Indonesia, read out the proclamation script that signaled Indonesia’s independence. Every year Indonesians celebrate Indonesia’s independence day by putting up flags at home, conducting Indonesian independence commemoration ceremonies, and accompanied by competitions.
In addition to celebrating Indonesia’s independence with happiness, this commemoration also contains social values in it, including to appreciate the services of national heroes, instill the value of mutual cooperation, tolerance, and strengthen the sense of nationalism.
The Independence Day celebration on August 17 this year was celebrated by holding competitions that were attended by all employees. The competitions held included the 100 Random Numbers Competition, Sarong Relay Competition, Rubber Relay Competition, Mukbang Nasi Rames Competition, and Insert Pen Competition. Cheerfulness colored today’s independence celebration, all employees enthusiastically participated in competitions to compete for prizes.
By holding this independence celebration, it is hoped that it can increase the sense of nationalism, foster an attitude of mutual cooperation, and increase morale for employees.
